We will not otherwise disclose customer personal and account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Limda Host, our customers, or others. We may provide information to regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials in accordance with applicable laws or where Limda Host has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
You can cancel your shared hosting plan for a full refund within the first 30 days. It is applicable (1) if you are experiencing technical difficulties with our server, (2) if a feature that we discussed in the package specification is missing, or (3) if you are experiencing any other server error that we are unable to resolve. If you cancel within 30 days, you will only receive a full refund for your shared hosting service. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of their costs, most add-on products, such as domains, are not eligible for a money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of receiving your free domain, Limda Host, Inc will deduct a non-refundable domain name registration fee from your refund.
Limda Host, Inc does not provide refunds for shared or reseller hosting cancellations after 30 days. Furthermore, change of mind is not permitted within 30 days. There are no partial or full refunds for monthly services such as VPS/Dedicated servers. However, if you have subscribed to any of these services for more than one month, you will receive a full refund for any unused periods. Any special, customized, or temporary packs, such as student packs, are not refundable. There are no refunds for web services such as web design and development, web templates and themes, technical support, and so on.
Appendix A of this Agreement details the features, prices, and other characteristics of the Limda Host, Inc Services you purchase. Limda Host, Inc reviews the features, costs, and other aspects of the Services on a regular basis. Limda Host, Inc may modify these features and rates at any moment and is under no obligation to provide you with these new features and prices. If you accept these additional features and services, they will be incorporated into this Agreement once you start using them or selling them to your customers. Prices on our website are current as of the Effective Date. The prices of Limda Host, Inc or third-party services are not included.
We reserve the right to modify our Privacy Policy at any time. We will post those changes on this page so that our customers are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we share it with others. Please contact us if you believe we are not handling your information in accordance with our privacy policies. If we have violated our privacy policy for any reason, we will correct the error as soon as you notify us.
